A BIT ABOUT BILAL MASOOD: Qualified in Global Studies on full scholarship from Krogerup College-Denmark and Master in Public Administration-University of Karachi. He has a global outlook and strong intercultural competences and is experienced in working with youth hand development projects in both Pakistan and abroad for the past 6 years.
